1 Agreement to Terms
By inviting RFG Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server, or by interacting with any of the Bot's commands, buttons, forms, or web dashboards, you ("the User" or "Server Administrator") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not invite or use the Bot.
2 Description of Service
RFG Bot is a multi-purpose Discord automation bot providing:
- Member Verification Gateway: Interactive Discord modals allowing server newcomers to submit verification forms to receive assigned server roles.
- Welcome Embed Studio: Web-based and Discord-based customization for server welcome announcements, embed colors, buttons, and banner images.
- Audit & Moderation Logging: Automated logging of submitted verification data directly to designated staff channels.
- Audio Playback: Multi-platform streaming (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud) in voice channels.
3 User Conduct & Discord Policy Compliance
You agree to use RFG Bot in strict compliance with:
You agree NOT to use the Bot for spam, phishing, harassment, exploiting vulnerabilities, or requesting sensitive information like passwords or credit cards.
4 Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties
RFG Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, 100% uptime, or the permanent availability of external third-party media sources.
5 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer (RFG) be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot, or any loss of data or roles caused by misuse.
6 Termination & Contact
Server Administrators may terminate use at any time by removing the Bot. For any legal inquiries or support, contact the bot owner via the Discord Developer Portal.
