This Privacy Policy explains how RFG Bot ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects user data. We are dedicated to privacy protection and strictly adhere to the Discord Developer Policy.

2 Information We Collect

We only collect data strictly required for the Bot's core features:

• User Identifiers: Discord User ID, username, and avatar URL for role management and log entries.
• Server Configurations: Server (Guild) ID, selected welcome channel, moderation log channel, and role IDs.
• Verification Form Submissions: Answers provided by members during verification pop-up modals, timestamp, and role grant result.

3 Information We Never Collect

We do NOT collect:

• Passwords, payment credentials, or financial information.
• Direct Messages (DMs) between Discord users.
• General server chat message contents.
• Government IDs, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

4 How We Use and Protect Data

Data is stored in a secure local database (bot_database.db) with administrative session authentication. Data is exclusively used to grant roles, post audit logs to designated server channels, and display settings to server administrators.

We never sell, monetize, or transfer your personal data to any third parties or advertisers.

5 Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Users have the full right to request deletion of their submitted verification records at any time. Server administrators may also export or delete submission logs directly from the dashboard. To request permanent deletion of your data, contact the developer or server administrators.
